When you sign up to become a subscriber, you will receive the Play Pass, which allows you to use your tickets for the current season however you choose! You can use all your season tickets at your favorite show or use them throughout the season to enjoy each and every performance! Subscriber levels allow you to support Little Theatre of Wilkes-Barre while receiving the benefit of ticket bundles.

  • A playwright membership makes a great gift for yourself or someone else.
  • A couple would enjoy designer membership for date nights already paid in advance.
  • Families would benefit from producer or director levels, using more tickets for family-friendly productions with the kids and a few set aside for the occasional night out.

2022 Season

Little Theatre of Wilkes-Barre is one of the oldest continuously-running community theatres in the United States and we are excited to announce that we are in our 100th season! Download our flyer and follow along as we celebrate a century and continue ensuring our legacy.

100th Season Celebration Concert

The kickoff to our Century Season is a celebratory concert with the best-loved music from decades of “Broadway in your Backyard.” We’re inviting performers from many previous seasons to return to our stage! You’ll love this evening of theatre.

Footloose

Based on the wildly popular 1984 film, Footloose tells the story of Ren, a big-city teen, who moves to a small town and rebels against the rigorous local edicts of the town’s patriarch and pastor.

Chicago

It’s the second-longest-running show in Broadway history, and defines the singular style of the great Bob Fosse. Chicago is rarely seen on community theatre stages. The jazz-age musical returns to ours as part of our Century Season. There’s nothing like it!

Rent

Into the Woods JR.

LTWB’s commitment to offering a no cost to families Youth Workshop continues summer 2022. Our youth performers will produce the same show on the same set as our Summer Musical. No one else could have done what Steven Sondheim did with our best-known classic fairy tales and write Into the Woods Jr.

A Christmas Story

The stage musical version of the 1983 film A Christmas Story.  The musical takes place in the 1940s in Indiana and focuses on a child named Ralphie in his pursuit of the ultimate Christmas present, an official Red Ryder, carbine action, two-hundred shot range model air rifle!
